Include your browser name, operating system and a short description of what happened. Do not attach confidential, personal, financial, medical or legally sensitive PDF documents.

For a faster compatibility check, describe whether the PDF contains selectable text or scanned page images.

Before contacting support

  • Try zooming in if the text is too small to select.
  • Confirm the file contains digital text rather than only a scanned image.
  • Check whether the PDF is password protected or has editing restrictions.
  • Keep the original file and review the downloaded copy in another PDF viewer.

What to include in a useful bug report

Tell us which EasyPDFEdit page you used, what you expected, what happened instead and whether the issue repeats with a simple non-sensitive test file. Include your browser version, device type, approximate file size and page count. A screenshot of the error message is useful, but remove names, account numbers, addresses and confidential document content first.

Privacy and document safety

Support does not need your real document to investigate most problems. Reproduce the issue with a newly created sample PDF whenever possible. EasyPDFEdit has no reason to receive customer invoices, identity documents, medical records or legal files by email. If a security concern could affect other users, write “Security report” in the subject line and provide clear reproduction steps without exploiting third-party data.

Common questions

For help with scanned pages, font differences, password-protected files, whiteout, file limits and downloaded copies, start with the PDF tool FAQ. For product capabilities, review EasyPDFEdit features. The main online PDF editor page explains which digital PDFs work best and why some files need OCR or a desktop editor.

The support email is monitored for product feedback, technical reports, privacy requests and legitimate partnership enquiries. A public response-time commitment has not been published, so urgent legal or operational deadlines should not depend on receiving an immediate reply.
