1. Acceptance
By using EasyPDFEdit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
EasyPDFEdit provides browser-based tools for viewing, annotating and making focused visual corrections to PDF documents. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Your documents and permissions
You are responsible for the documents you open and edit. You must have the legal right or permission to modify them. Do not use EasyPDFEdit to infringe copyright, alter documents fraudulently, misrepresent information, violate privacy, bypass security controls or support unlawful activity.
4. Document accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing every exported PDF before relying on or sharing it. PDF structures vary, and a replacement can appear differently in another viewer or when printed. Keep the original document and verify the edited copy.
5. Whiteout is not secure redaction
The Whiteout tool visually covers an area. It does not guarantee removal of underlying text, images, metadata or historical information. Do not use it to remove confidential or legally sensitive information.
6. Compatibility and availability
EasyPDFEdit does not guarantee compatibility with every PDF. Scanned pages, encryption, permissions, embedded fonts, complex scripts, rotated objects, damaged documents and unusual PDF structures may not work as expected. The site may be changed, interrupted or unavailable without notice.
7. No professional advice
EasyPDFEdit is a document utility and does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance or records-management advice.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPDFEdit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, document errors or decisions made using an edited file.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are published indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
