1. Browser-based document processing
EasyPDFEdit tools read, render, modify and export supported documents locally inside your web browser. Supported PDF, DOCX and image contents selected through the tools are not uploaded to EasyPDFEdit for editing or document storage.
2. Information processed by website hosting
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, date and time, and technical security events. This information may be used to deliver the website, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and investigate errors.
3. Accounts, analytics and advertising
The current editor does not require a EasyPDFEdit account and does not currently include product analytics or advertising trackers. If analytics, advertising or account features are introduced, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before those features are used.
4. Cookies and local browser storage
EasyPDFEdit does not currently set marketing cookies. The hosting or access layer may use cookies that are necessary for authentication, security or reliable service delivery. Temporary editor state may exist in browser memory while the page is open and is cleared when the session ends or the page is closed.
5. Contact communications
If you contact EasyPDFEdit, the information in your message may be used to answer your request, investigate a reported problem and maintain a reasonable support record. Do not send confidential PDF documents through ordinary email.
6. Third-party services
The site relies on hosting infrastructure to deliver its pages. Those providers may process limited technical information under their own security and privacy obligations. The editor libraries used to process PDFs are served from the EasyPDFEdit site rather than fetched from third-party advertising networks.
7. Children
EasyPDFEdit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.
8. Security and retention
No internet service can promise absolute security. EasyPDFEdit minimizes document-handling risk by keeping current editing operations in the browser. Technical server logs may be retained for security, reliability and legal purposes according to hosting-provider practices.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when the product changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published.
